Universal Worm Pump for Spraying and Conveying Mortar

General Characteristics :

PS180 is the Universal Worm gear pump for pumping, spraying, injecting, traditional, ready-mixed, masonry, insulating, cementicious, fibre, refurbishing, dispersion, adhesive, reinforcing, special and almost all types of mortars and plasters and floor screeds up to 6mm grain for up to 50m height and up to 80l/min output depending on the material and the worm type. 

Thanks to the powerful 13HP Mitsubishi petrol engine, it is ideal for the user who does not have a 400 V connection available.

PS180 is also available with a single phase 220V and a three phase 400V geared motor with frequency converter for easy and precise output adjustment according to the application and the type of material. 

The pump can be filled from buckets, silos, horizontal mixers, M280 mixer and almost any kind of concrete mixers. 

Complete series of accessories and spraying guns for different applications and materials are available.
