General Characteristics

PS3000 multipurpose double piston pump for high performance with maximum reliability.

PS3000 thanks to its modern design and robust construction is perfect for conveying, spraying, backfilling and injecting almost all types of mortar, plaster, cement mixes slurries and floor screeds in the most difficult applications and conditions. 

Wet spraying of lime and cement mortars, almost all types of plaster and ready mixed plasters in sacks for interiors and exteriors.

Application :

- Spraying cement mixes and mortar to coat cracks and refurbish old buildings, bridges, tunnels etc. 

- Spraying cement mixes on mesh panels.

- Conveying cement mixes, slurries and mortar for flooring beds.

- Conveying masonry mortar for building walls.

- Injection of cement grout.

- Injection and conveying of cement grout and mortar in underground and difficult to reach surfaces, points and holes and damaged structures for filling and reinforcing.

- Can also be used under silos.

Features :

PS3000 is a complete and compact work station which combines high performance, maximum reliability and unique functionality with low costs.

Its basic parts are:

- Chassis mounted on rubber tires with shock absorber system.

- Electric motor or diesel engine with electric start.

- Electric control panel for electric motor model.

- Double piston pump.

- Mixer with 200 l capacity

- Restoration hopper under the mixer with mixing system to keep the material

in fluid condition.

- 2-cylinder air compressor 400 l/min for spraying (it can also be used for operating spray jet to clean PS3000 after performance and pneumatic hammers to remove old and dry plaster).

- Gear box with 3 speed level pulley.

- Over pressure safety device for automatic shut-down.

- Pneumatic start and stop remote control. 

- Vibrating screen with 3.5mm to 12mm square mesh which can be switched off.

- Water nozzle and irrigation system.

- Rubber hoses with couplings(50m standard).

- Spray gun with different hole size nozzles according the grain size of the pumping material.
