SYSTEM

Space Frame adopts the solid balljoint type which in combination with connecting members, enables the most efficient axial load distribution within a structure. Its unique geometry and practical method of installation enhance its appeal to designers.
The system comprises of four major elements:
1. Members/chords or tubes complete with endcones, hexnuts and bolts.
2. Balljoints/nodes made of high grade steel or stainless steel
3. Support points, anchored to columns, beams or direct to the footings
4. Connecting elements to the roofing, wall, cladding or floor panels.

ASSEMBLING AND INSTALLATION

Space Frame components are easily connected to each other and assembled to the required structural configuration.
Dismantling is as easy as assembling, although when necessary connections can be made permanent.
The basic advantages of spaces structures are: Modular elements, high precision, with the highest and reliable quality, a relative low weight factor and essentially more economical in comparison to conventional structures for large spans.

FINISHING

All structural steel components are Hotdip zincalum galvanized. Exposed structures are further painted by Electrostatic powder bakepainted coating , giving bright, striking or harmonious colours. For stainless steel components, a mirror-polished finish gives immaculate appearance.

STANDARDS

Space Frame components complies to the SII, BS, DIN, JIS or ASTM standards for steelwork.
Testing of sample components or system are regularly conducted.
